The Old Dale House   (Available by the month only)

1930's two bedroom adobe style house with fireplace, Two blocks from the Inn proper. Very private and quiet.

During holiday periods, room rates are fixed at the Fri/Sat & Holiday rate.

Christmas/New Years rate period is December  9^th through January 1st,  2011 inclusive during 2011. Spring Rates is the period between March 2nd  and April 28th  inclusive during 2012.  Thanksgiving is between November 21st and 24th inclusive in 2011.

We allow no check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving day or Christmas day.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

      A deposit is required to hold all reservations. The deposit of $50 for rooms or $100 for Irene’s Adobe, the West End Cottage and the Guest House will be charged at the time you make your reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or change your reservation within 7 days of your arrival (14 days for the Spring, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holiday periods). A charge of $10 will be made for cancellations or changes prior to the 7 (or 14) days.

Early check-outs are considered cancellations and they will result in a loss of deposit. There is a 2 night minimum stay on 3 and 4 day weekends and during Spring Break.. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holiday periods. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.  Reservations for a Saturday only will be charged an additional $25 per room. Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, and checkout is noon.

Room Information

Telephones are intentionally missing from our rooms, and most television sets are small. Some of our rooms can accommodate your animal companion ( )  for a $35 charge per pet per stay. All rooms with A/C are air-conditioned, rooms without air conditioning have an evaporative cooling system.

Included in the Fare

In the mornings, we invite our guests to enjoy our complimentary home made sweet breads, juice, toast and coffee around the pool patio. We encourage guests to bring their swimsuits and take advantage of our heated pool. For those rooms with a fireplace we provide one box of firewood per night, with additional wood available for purchase.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings enjoy a one hour Yoga class, provided free to our guests. Sessions start at 9:00 am on Monday, 10:00 am on Wednesday and Friday in our heated tent. (Equipment not provided.)

Other Amenities

 We are glad to help you plan your day's activities and offer our library - which is full of maps and guides for your use. Picnic lunches can be prepared for you with a little advance notice, to take with you for a hike or travel. We also offer a computer with internet access for your use. After your hike or just add to your relaxing day – schedule a massage in the comfort of your room, available by advance appointment.
