The Old Dale House   (Available by the month only)

1930's two bedroom adobe style house with fireplace, Two blocks from the Inn proper. Very private and quiet (rate is for up to four persons).

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to hold all reservations. The deposit of $50 for rooms or $100 for Irene’s Adobe, the Old Dale House,  the West End Cottage and the Guest House will be charged at the time you make your reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or change your reservation within 7 days of your arrival (14 days for the Spring, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holiday periods). A charge of $10 will be made for cancellations or changes prior to the 7 (or 14) days. Early check-outs are considered cancellations and they will result in a loss of deposit. There is a 2 night minimum stay on 3 and 4 day weekends and during Spring Break.. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holiday periods. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.  Reservations for a Saturday only will be charged an additional $25 per room. Telephones are intentionally missing from our rooms, and most television sets are small. Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, and checkout is noon. Some of our rooms can accommodate your animal companion ( )  for a $35 charge per pet per stay.

Included in the Fare

In the mornings, we invite our guests to enjoy our complimentary home made sweet breads, juice, toast and coffee around the pool patio. We encourage guests to bring their swimsuits and take advantage of our pool and hot tub. All rooms have cooling for our hot summer days, and heaters for our cool winter nights. For those rooms with a fireplace we provide a bag of firewood.

Other Amenities

Our relaxed little restaurant serves from 11AM to 2PM for lunch and from 5PM to 9PM every night. On Friday and Saturday, the kitchen serves till 9:30. On Sundays, brunch will satisfy your taste buds from 9AM to 2PM. We are glad to help you plan your day's activities and offer our library - which is full of maps and guides for your use. Picnic lunches can be prepared for you with a little advance notice, to take with you for a hike or travel. And after your hike or just add to your relaxing day – schedule a massage in the comfort of your room, available by appointment in advance..
