- All-year-round Vegetable Garden is responsible for producing much of
the fine fare offered at the Inn.
- Depending on the season, the following are just some of what are
grown here on the premises:
Tomatoes, Lettuce, Spinach, Asparagus, Japanese Egg Plants, Okra,
Zucchinis, Artichokes, Armenian Cucumbers, Apricots, Figs, Grapes,
Sunflowers, Cantaloupes, Pomegranates, Beets, Leeks, and Radishes.
